Battlegrounds
-Set all battleground player minimum requirements to 0 (you can Q BGs solo)
-Open all battlegrounds to all players 1-60
Please note battlegrounds will be remade

Vendors
-Added Tier 3 vendors in Orgrimmar & Ironforge
-Added Hunter t1 & t2 vendors

Guilds
-Players now only need 4 signatures to create a guild

Creatures
-Creatures will now grant the same amount of reputation no matter what level they are.

Rates
Experience:Kill 40x
Experience:Quest 40x
Rate:Drop:Money 75x

Core
Players will now run at 100% speed while dead
Resurrection sickness has been removed
Resurrection penalty timers have been removed
Low level quests will now also grant 3x experience
All flight paths will now be unlocked for new players
All players start with 8 copper to buy t.5
