The Custom realm is currently in a crash loop. We are aware of the issue and the realm may be offline for some time during American Christmas, December 25th 2014. We expect to be able to resolve this issue sometime throughout the day or into the evening.
EDIT: The realm is now back online and running smoother. Unfortionally we lost some NPCs that were made recently and the past few days of database information. Prices and prices will change within the next few days.

World database for custom realm required a rollback which means loss of some recent vendors, characters shouldn't have been effected.

I have noticed that on main page the faction status bars are on 0 both, hope it dint affect any characters.

seems like connecting to the Custom Server is not working atm...created a few toons got my warrior to 21, logged off to fix an addon and now it wont let me in....

Same here bro!!, i just think its funny how they want people so badly to join the servers and like this Custom one wasnt even up for like 30min until i was booted off and it wont let me connect, the other server works fine...just this one.......
